Contact your team the same day, regardless of when your next visit is, for any of these:
Vaginal bleeding
A genuine reduction or change in the baby's movements
Severe or persistent headache, changes in vision, or new pain under your ribs on the right
Sudden swelling of your face or hands
Fluid leaking from the vagina
Regular painful contractions before 37 weeks
Fever, or burning when passing urine
Persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down
Thoughts of harming yourself
If you are put offSay the sentence that gets a response: "I want to be assessed today." You do not have to justify it, and you are not being difficult.
